Metro Lacrosse is a league designed to promote and develop lacrosse for interested children in the St. Louis area.

Times:

Practice for 1st and 2nd grade:  Monday and Wednesday night from 5:00 to 6:30p.m.

Practice for 3rd through 8th grade: Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. 

            Games: Sundays and times to be announced

Age Groups: 1st grade to 8th grade boys and girls

Equipment: provided by player

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE DOWNLOADING THE CORRECT AGE REGISTRATION FORM for the PLAYER(S) you are REGISTERING.

• Registration Form for 1st - 2nd grade ONLY- (REQUIRED) download a copy.

• Registration Form for 3rd - 8th grade ONLY - (REQUIRED) download a copy 

• Registration fee made payable to Metro Lacrosse - Also team discounts available please contact us for more information.  Payment can be made by personal check, certified check or cash.  We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.  

PLEASE NOTE: Metro Lacrosse holds a $45.00 non-refundable deposit within your registration fee.  That will be per player not per check.  Once the season starts, there will be no refunds given.         

• Code of Conduct - (REQUIRED) download a copy.
• Health Form - (REQUIRED) download a copy.
• US Lacrosse Registration Form - (REQUIRED) By clicking on this link, it will take you out of www.stlmetrolacrosse.com and to www.uslacrosse.org and then proceed to click on JOIN NOW.  There is a $25.00 fee that will last you a one year membership. This number is required for all players.  If registered last year, please bring your US Lacrosse number and expiration date or you will be directed to uslacrosse.org to obtain a US Lacrosse number.      
• Merchandise Form - (OPTIONAL) If you would like to order any optional merchandise, these forms are due in by Monday March 26th, 2012  This is OPTIONAL.   
• We cannot accept online registrations.  Forms must be received by physical mail.
